Attorney Hon K. Lai is a senior associate at HUANG & ASSOCIATES, P.C. Over 20 years practice in the areas of real estate and estate planning. Mr. Lai represents buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real property from contract to closing, including cooperative properties. He also represents coops board of managers in their daily legal matters. Mr. Lai frequently assists clients in their planning for estate and the probating of their will.
